Hello again, everyone! Ryan here!

My latest short, Meet Sunny Happy Girl, has recently been uploaded to the Watch and Listen section. This was not only the biggest animation I have done so far, but was also my first attempt at a music video! I hope you all enjoyed it!

Future Plans

There are three more shorts that I have left. They are…

* Meet Rusty
* Meet Emily
* Meet Katie and Annie

Here is the workflow I have come up with for these and future projects:

1. Write – Write the script of the story I am going to tell.
2. Sketch – Prepare basic sketches of the characters, backgrounds, and props for further steps.
3. Audio/Music – Record, put together, and mix the dialogue, sound effects, and music.
4. Storyboard – Create an animatic of the story, which includes the sketches made in step 2. For full episodes, I will go scene-by-scene for this and step 5.
5. Animate – Animate the characters, background elements, etc.
6. Composite and Publish – Put all the scenes together and make the final touches, then upload the project to my website.

After I get all the shorts done, I will get to work on producing full-length episodes with more detailed storylines. I am very excited for this, as it will allow my creativity to shine even brighter than it already has! I am also thinking of future ways to expand the project once I get comfortable making full episodes, such as adding interactive games and printable activities. These will be supplementary to the main attraction, which is the show.

I plan to start working on the next short this coming week, which is “Meet Rusty.” I will follow all the steps I have listed above to ensure my work is as good as it can be.
